Licensee Code of Conduct

As a member of the local CALM liquor accord, management of this venue will endeavour to ensure this adopted Code of Conduct is upheld where possible.

At this venue our number one priority is your enjoyment, comfort and wellbeing; and as such management is committed to:

  • Assisting patrons access safe transport options.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Queensland Liquor Act 1992.
  • Ensuring that alcohol is served in a responsible manner and ensuring staff are fully trained in the responsible serving of alcohol.
  • Ensuring the local area is not frequently disturbed by activity occurring at the premises or by patrons in the vicinity of the premises.
  • Fully cooperating with the Queensland Police Service and the local and regional CALM Liquor Accord Committees to maintain a safe environment in and around the premises.
  • Not selling or supplying alcohol to an intoxicated [drunk] person.
  • Preventing the sale or supply of alcohol to people aged under 18 years of age.

Providing food, water, non-and low alcohol alternatives at reasonable prices.
